      • - Agent changed my viewing for an apartment on the same day then was 30mins late for the viewing to let a more interesting client go first (she confirmed herself it was the client's 3rd time seeing the apartment). Double booking viewings makes a property seem more in demand but it is disrespectful to the people who make sure to come to an appointment on time to keep them waiting for half an hour and use them as a prop in order to sell to others.
